No doubt, that there are several make up looks that are solely done for editorial purpose and are simply meant to please the eye. When two or more tropical colours are utilised for makeup, it is a mere reminiscence of a holiday toasting to cocktails by the beach. But the truth is that if we start off with at least two hues on our makeup palettes, we will grow into comfort into building on.

These looks are just not meant for pages of the magazines, but actually look good on almost every woman on a day to day basis. The trick is to find the colours that suit your skin best and experiment and make it one of your signature looks. Clashing your colour palette means uniting and balancing the warm and cool tints, tones and shades. There is no restriction to the palette, colour coded looks just involve a little practice before you leave the house.

Often a good way to prep up your day looks and head for something a little darker towards the night. Surprisingly, matte, gloss and shine finishes also look good when collaborated. A good reason to leave behind the one makeup item we think we can’t do without – the black eyeliner.
