Suiting up is so passe. What we love is adding some colour and flamboyance to our suited looks.
In our quest to find that perfect suit, which is classic yet modern and screams of youthfulness, we stumbled up Italian precision took over to make me look the best version of me’.
Cadini, being our wardrobe partners at the Lakme Fashion Week Winter Festive 2018, have definitely set suiting up’ goals. Interestingly, the brand is named after the group of mountains il Gruppo dei Cadini di Misurina.

Here’s what we’ve been lusting over this season:
- Call it old school or ancient, chequered prints are the next big thing this season (always have been and always will be) and, not to forget, make a strong fashion statement too. We’ve spotted celebs walking in and out with chequered shirts, bottoms and skirts. It’s a big hit on the runway too. Suits when paired up with plaid are an irreplaceable duo.
- Pinstripes, on the other hand, give you the royal yet classic look; power and pride are natural sentiments that compliment this dynamic attire. Remember when you wanted to look like The Great Gatsby. Well, here’s your chance.
Wanting to look dapper all the time could make you look boring. It’s necessary you pay attention to the minute details of dressing””footwear, accessories, pocket square. And yes, experiment with colours. That’s your big draw to acing this look. Luckily for us, Cadini takes care of that department as well!
