Food HAS to be mentioned first and we’re doing this on purpose this time. Get set as we prep you to learn to make delicious goodies through the Christmas-themed baking workshop at Love and Cheesecake in Khar. Starting at 2 p.m. up to 6 p.m. on December 23 , they have interesting line ups of traditional Christmas cake and eggnog cheesecakes to excite you. For the gifting hearts, we have a little enthused idea for you too. Lets the artistry swirl in and blossom past the cliché Christmas gifting ideas; we found totally adorable cushion cover art at Art Umbrella. Founded by Ornella D’Souza, they bind to support the local artisans and their skill all over India. These hand painted covers are definitely a worthwhile topper.
All the guilty pleasure doesn’t end here. We have a budget runaway for those sulking for social gatherings. Runaway to the favourite sun, sand and music destination, GOA! The Windsong Festival is right on time and creating the gala buzz around Christmas. With the veneer of music artists like Rabbi Shergill, Menwhopause, Shaair & Func, Elvis Lobo, Ska Vengers and more, this boutique music festival is exploring genres like funk, folk-rock and lots more. Excited? We definitely are.
Oh and yes, don’t forget to binge on those cupcakes and smoothie revelations. You will always be excuses for those few pounds put on this season!
