Paving the way for men’s fashion and style, Van Heusen GQ Fashion Nights gave center stage to the country’s finest menswear designers. We spotted some interesting trends in the world of menswear fashion. Below are a few menswear trends spotted which I personally relate to:

Lumbersexual: Gone are the days of the well-groomed metrosexual man as the lumbersexual trend takes precedence. Lumbersexual is  derived from lumberjack and metrosexual, coined in 2008 describing a man who has adopted style traits typical of a traditional lumberjack, namely a beard, plaid shirt, and scruffy hair, as supplement to his otherwise clean-cut and fashionable style choices. The GQ Fashion Nights runway was pouring with models sporting this global trend

Bow Tie: A collection of bow ties is a quintessential in every gentleman’s wardrobe. The bow tie adds the needed quirk to a mans attire at the same time can help in grabbing a lot of attention from the fairer sex

No Socks: Winter is not coming anytime soon in Mumbai. But we are not complaining, since we are loving this trend of no socks
