Day 5 of the Amby Valley India Bridal Fashion Week (IBFW) saw Adarsh Gill and Suneet Varma showcasing their stunning collections. While one is known for his legendary collaboration with the international giant Judith Leiber, the latter is a maestro when it comes to bringing international essence home.
Adarsh Gill’s bridal collection called Evolution draws inspiration from the 70’s comprising blingy short and long dresses, sequined and lace embellished evening gowns, jackets, bustiers and bodices. Bollywood actress Esha Gupta in an ethereal red and golden lehenga with intricate golden embroidery ended the show.
Suneet Varma’s collection The Golden Bracelet had models don heavy, chunky golden bracelets and rings. Clearly inspired by the clothing of Pompeii and the Roman era, the collection comprised metallic prints, halter and razor-cut blouses, draped skirts with off shoulder corsets and sarees draped in typical toga style.

We particularly loved the collection designed in cream hues. On the whole, the show made for a visual delight and not to mention was carried out by the models, beautifully. Also, looking every bit splendid in a red and golden embellished lehenga Bollywood actress Chitrangda Singh took a bow with the designer as his show stopper.
